I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, and you tend to neglect your teeth because of anxiety or just our busy lifestyle. I'm so glad I found New Life Dental, Dr. Cho, and his fabulous staff. From the minute I walked in the door everyone was warm, welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Dr. Cho is awesome and easy to talk to, and his bedside manner is refreshing and calming. He explains everything completely and really prioritizes what's most important. He really cares about his patients and makes you feel very comfortable, just like his staff. Thank you Paige, Alex, and Ashley, for your excellent attention. I purchased their in-house Dental Plan and look forward to never having anxiety from going to the dentist again! It's unusual to have such a pleasurable experience at the dentist, but you all really do a great job. I look forward to being a lifetime patient!

I had my tooth implant put in today, and it was a seamless process from start to finish. I couldn't believe it when it was done. I was preparing myself for a lengthy process, and Dr. Cho assured me it would be quick. He was true to his word. He is very skilled and his bedside manners are excellent. Thank you!

Doctor Cho is the very BEST and my favorite dentist! He is a kind and generous doctor who really cares about his patients. In addition, the staff at New Life Dental are all genuinely nice people who are concerned about you and ensure your every need is addressed. I first met Dr. Cho and his staff when I had an emergency dental situation. They were able to get me right in and take care of it. Dr. Cho laid out the options and let me choose the best one for me. He did an amazing job. Alex at the front desk has been nothing short of excellent. She calls when there has been a cancellation so I can come in and address these dental problems promptly. I have never experienced a dental office like this before. They are all kind, caring, and genuine. I trust Dr. Cho and he will be my dentist as long as I am in Germantown!

I have been patient with Dr. Cho for a while now, and it was always a great experience for me. He always takes care of patients with care and knows what the patients need. I had to go through an implant surgery, and he made sure that this was a smooth and easy process for me.
